Lone Peak Big Horns (Gallatin Gateway, MT) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Gardiner Bruins (Gardiner, MT), 65-58 in a league bout.

With the win, Lone Peak upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Big Horns travel to Broadwater (Townsend, MT) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 7-5.

Next up, the Bruins play the White Sulphur Springs Hornets (White Sulphur Springs, MT) in a C District 12 bout, on Friday, February 3. Gardiner will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 1-10 record after their 55-24 league loss to West Yellowstone (Yellowstone, MT).
