Garfield Boilermakers (Garfield, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Manchester Regional Falcons (Haledon, NJ), 70-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Garfield upgrades its record to 2-13 on the season. The Boilermakers host Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Passaic Valley won 42-37 in their recent league bout against Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ)
