The Penquis Valley Patriots basketball team (Milo, ME), dropped 43-34 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME)
The Pandas now possess a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mattanawcook for a C North battle on Thursday, February 2. Lee Academy will confront a Lynx team coming off a 72-49 league loss to Woodland (Baileyville, ME). The Lynx record now stands at 2-13.
The Patriots (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against Stearns (Millinocket, ME). The Minutemen come into the C North battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, Stearns dropped by Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME), 63-47, in a non-league battle.
