The Heritage Eagles basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Chaparral Wolverines to 49 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Legend for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Heritage will meet a Titans team coming off a 58-57 league win over Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO). The Titans record now stands at 7-3.

The Wolverines (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ponderosa (Parker, CO). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Ponderosa was nudged by ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO), 60-43, in a non-league contest.
