The Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks basketball team (Colorado Springs, CO), dropped 61-51 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Lutheran Lions (Parker, CO)
The Lions now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmer Ridge for a battle on Friday, February 3. Lutheran will battle a Bears team coming off a 44-39 league loss to Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO). The Bears record now stands at 0-10.
The Red-Tailed Hawks (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets come into the battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Air Academy prevailed over Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO), 52-48, in a league battle.
