The Linden Lions basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Franklin Yellowjackets to 32 in the Lions league victory on Wednesday.
The Lions now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edison for a contest on Friday, February 3. Linden will battle a Vikings team coming off a 51-31 league win over Chavez (Stockton, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 17-5.
The Yellowjackets (0-19) will now prepare for their contest against Bear Creek (Stockton, CA). The Bruins come into the contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Bear Creek prevailed over Stagg (Stockton, CA), 44-28, in a league contest.
