The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 21-8. Spring won 67-17 in their recent league challenge against Dekaney (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Eisenhower Eagles (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge, on Saturday, February 4. Aldine will attempt to upgrade on its 11-16 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-19 record after their 50-26 league loss to Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX).
