California High School Basketball - Sutter over Center

February 1, 2023: Sutter, CA 95982

Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Sutter Huskies (Sutter, CA) and the visiting Center Cougars (Antelope, CA), saw Sutter's basketball squad overcome Center by a tally of 45-30.

With the victory, Sutter improves its record to 11-12 on the campaign. The Huskies host Wheatland (Wheatland, CA) to confront the Pirates in a Pioneer Valley League challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 5-14. Wheatland lost 36-25 in their recent league challenge against Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA)

Next up, the Cougars confront the Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League challenge, on Friday, February 3. Center will attempt to improve on its 6-16 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 22-2 record after their 52-37 league win over Marysville (Marysville, CA).
