The Kennedy Trojans basketball team (Mt. Angel, OR), was overwhelmed 56-16 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Colton Vikings (Colton, OR)
The Vikings now possess a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Culver for a 2A Tri-River battle on Friday, February 3. Colton will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 28-22 league loss to Santiam (Mill City, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-11.
The Trojans (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against Gervais (Gervais, OR). The Cougars come into the 2A Tri-River battle with a 16-4 record. In their last battle, Gervais trounced Regis (Stayton, OR), 66-29, in a league battle.
