The Murphy Bulldogs (Murphy, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Highlands Highlanders (Highlands, NC), 41-34 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (9-12) will now prepare for their test against Andrews (Andrews, NC). The Wildcats go into the 1A Conference 43 - Big test with a 3-19 record. In their last test, Andrews was tipped by Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC), 64-33, in a league test.
