The Huron Chiefs basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Jefferson Bears to 21 in the Chiefs league victory on Wednesday.

The Chiefs now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Flat Rock for a Huron contest on Monday, February 6. Huron will battle a Rams team coming off a 46-24 league loss to St. Mary Catholic Central (Monroe, MI). The Rams record now stands at 6-9.

The Bears (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Erie-Mason (Erie, MI). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Erie-Mason triumphed over Madison (Adrian, MI), 51-47, in a league contest.
