The McGehee Owls (McGehee, AR) basketball crushed the host Smackover Buckaroos (Smackover, AR), 69-30 in Wednesday's league test.
The Owls (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Drew Central (Monticello, AR). The Pirates go into the 3A Region 8 test with a 4-3 record.
The Buckaroos now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Dollarway for a 3A Region 8 test on Friday, February 3.
