The Middlesex County Vo-Tech Hornets basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the visiting Piscataway Vo-Tech Raiders to 57 in the Hornets league victory on Wednesday.

The Hornets now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dunellen for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Middlesex County Vo-Tech will battle a Destroyers team coming off a 35-28 league loss to Perth Amboy Vo-Tech (Perth Amboy, NJ). The Destroyers record now stands at 14-4.

The Raiders (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Mother Seton (Clark, NJ). The Setters come into the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Mother Seton prevailed over East Brunswick (East Brunswick, NJ), 41-33, in a non-league contest.
