Richmond Heights Spartans (Richmond Heights, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Trinity Trojans (Garfield Heights, OH), 55-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Richmond Heights upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Spartans host Lutheran West (Rocky River, OH) to clash with the Longhorns in a Chagrin Valley - Metro bout on Saturday, February 4. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 4-16. Lutheran West lost 43-37 in their recent league bout against Cuyahoga Heights (Cleveland, OH)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Independence Blue Devils (Independence, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Metro bout, on Saturday, February 4. Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 11-7 record after their 47-34 league win over Brooklyn (Brooklyn, OH).
