Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Marysville Indians (Marysville, CA), 41-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Colfax upgrades its record to 15-4 on the season. The Falcons travel to Bear River (Grass Valley, CA) to clash with the Bruins in a bout on Monday, February 6. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Bear River lost 40-27 in their recent league bout against Lindhurst (Olivehurst, CA)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos (Lincoln, CA) in a bout, on Friday, February 3. Marysville will attempt to upgrade on its 18-2 season record. The Raging Rhinos go into the bout with a 12-10 record after their 55-12 league win over Wheatland (Wheatland, CA).
