The Roger Bacon Spartans ran past the visiting North College Hill Trojans basketball team by a final score of 29-12 in Wednesday's league game.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Newport Central Catholic Thoroughbreds (Newport, KY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 4. Roger Bacon will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record.
With the defeat, North College Hill moves to 0-1 on the year.
