The South Iredell Vikings basketball team (Statesville, NC), was nudged 37-34 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC)
The Wolverines now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mooresville for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3. West Cabarrus will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 42-20 league win over South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-5.
The Vikings (9-8) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 1-5 record.
