In Wednesday's league battle, the host Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Fort Bend Travis Tigers.
The Bulldogs (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX). The Panthers come into the 6A Region 3 District 20 battle with a 8-0 record. In their last battle, Ridge Point nudged Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX), 9-0, in a league battle.
