In Wednesday's non-league outing, the L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Huguenot Falcons (Richmond, VA), by a margin of 49-28.
The Skyhawks (12-2) will now prepare for their outing against James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Rapids go into the non-league outing with a 2-10 record. In their last outing, James River Midlothian was trounced by Huguenot (Richmond, VA), 63-21, in a non-league outing.
The Falcons now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Manchester for a non-league outing on Friday, February 3. Huguenot will clash with a Lancers squad coming off a 60-36 non-league win over Wythe (Richmond, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 15-2.
