Jonesville Comets (Jonesville, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Addison Panthers (Addison, MI), 65-59 in a league bout.

With the win, Jonesville upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Comets host Columbia Central (Brooklyn, MI) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a Cascades bout on Monday, February 5. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Columbia Central won 71-28 in their recent league bout against Homer (Homer, MI)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the East Jackson Trojans (Jackson, MI) in a Cascades bout, on Saturday, February 3. Addison will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 66-52 league win over Leslie (Leslie, MI).
