Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards (Little Rock, AR) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans (Faribault, MN), 46-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Arkansas School for the Deaf upgrades its record to 3-17 on the season. The Leopards travel to New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM) to play the Roadrunners in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a record of 9-1. New Mexico School for the Deaf won 69-19 in their recent non-league bout against Iowa School for the Deaf (Council Bluffs, IA)

Next up, the Trojans play the Iowa School for the Deaf Bobcats (Council Bluffs, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 69-19 non-league loss to New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM).
