Woodbury Thundering Herd (Woodbury, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Audubon Green Wave (Audubon, NJ), 51-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Woodbury upgrades its record to 11-9 on the campaign. The Thundering Herd travel to Overbrook (Pine Hill, NJ) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 14-5. Overbrook won 53-37 in their recent league bout against Penns Grove (Carneys Point, NJ)

Next up, the Green Wave play the Clearview Pioneers (Mullica Hill, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Audubon will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Pioneers come into the bout with a 11-7 record after their 55-40 league loss to Washington Township (Sewell, NJ).
