The Wheaton Academy Warriors basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Aurora Christian Eagles to 54 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now sport a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Francis for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Wheaton Academy will meet a Spartans team coming off a 58-49 non-league win over Yorkville (Yorkville, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 15-10.

The Eagles (16-6) will now prepare for their contest against Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL). The Trojans enter the Chicagoland Christian contest with a 9-16 record. In their last contest, Timothy Christian nudged Southland College Prep (Matteson, IL), 60-41, in a non-league contest.
