The Barnsdall Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host South Coffeyville Lions to 21 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodland for a Northern Oklahoma contest on Friday, February 2. Barnsdall will battle a Cougars team coming off a 62-38 league win over Shidler (Shidler, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 12-8.
The Lions (0-16) will now prepare for their contest against Glencoe (Glencoe, OK). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 12-10 record. In their last contest, Glencoe triumphed over Mingo Valley Christian (Tulsa, OK), 69-61, in a non-league contest.
