The Bellows Free Academy Bobwhites/Comets basketball team (St. Albans, VT), was nudged 75-70 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Burlington Seahorses (Burlington, VT)

The Seahorses now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colchester for a Metro battle on Monday, February 5. Burlington will confront a Lakers team coming off a 61-57 league win over Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT). The Lakers record now stands at 7-9.

The Bobwhites/Comets (8-8) will now prepare for their battle against Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT). The Redhawks come into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Champlain Valley Union edged Essex (Essex Junction, VT), 62-46, in a league battle.
