Exeter Township Eagles (Reading, PA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Berks Catholic Saints (Reading, PA), 63-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Exeter Township upgrades its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Colts come into the bout with a record of 8-11. Cedar Cliff lost 55-50 in their recent league bout against Red Land (Lewisberry, PA)

Next up, the Saints play the Daniel Boone Blazers (Birdsboro, PA) in a Berks County 1 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Berks Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 17-2 season record. The Blazers come into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 81-62 league loss to Muhlenberg (Laureldale, PA).
