The Cowanesque Valley Indians basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Canton Warriors to 32 in the Indians league victory on Thursday.

The Indians now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northeast Bradford for a Northern Tier contest on Tuesday, February 6. Cowanesque Valley will battle a Panthers team coming off a 62-41 league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 14-3.

The Warriors (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Sayre (Sayre, PA). The Redskins come into the Northern Tier contest with a 8-11 record.
