Nevada High School Basketball - Canyon Springs trounces Pinecrest Academy Cadence

February 1, 2024: Henderson, NV 89015

The Canyon Springs Pioneers (North Las Vegas, NV) basketball crushed the host Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars (Henderson, NV), 76-37 in Thursday's league test.

The Pioneers (12-13) will now prepare for their test against Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV). The Panthers go into the 4A Lake test with a 12-10 record. In their last test, Palo Verde was trounced by Rancho (Las Vegas, NV), 85-76, in a league test.

The Cougars now own a 8-17 record. They play next when they travel to Southeast Career Tech for a 4A Lake test on Tuesday, February 6. Pinecrest Academy Cadence will encounter a Roadrunners squad coming off a 78-30 league loss to Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV). The Roadrunners record now stands at 1-19.
