Kentucky High School Basketball - Carlisle County overwhelms Hickman County

February 1, 2024: Bardwell, KY 42023

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Carlisle County Comets (Bardwell, KY) and the visiting Hickman County Falcons (Clinton, KY), saw Carlisle County's basketball squad wallop Hickman County by a tally of 67-26.

With the victory, Carlisle County improves its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Ballard Memorial (Barlow, KY) to confront the Bombers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 2. The Bombers come into the challenge with a record of 5-13. Ballard Memorial lost 74-36 in their recent league challenge against Graves County (Mayfield, KY)

Next up, the Falcons confront the Dawson Springs Panthers (Dawson Springs, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Hickman County will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 11-10 record after their 53-38 league loss to Caldwell County (Princeton, KY).
