In Thursday's non-league outing, the Cresset Christian Academy Eagles (Durham, NC) basketball squad felled the visiting Carolina Friends Quakers (Durham, NC), by a margin of 66-56.

The Eagles (4-12) will now prepare for their outing against New Garden Friends (Greensboro, NC). The Bears go into the NCISAA Mid-Carolina outing with a 13-9 record. In their last outing, New Garden Friends was beaten by Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC), 56-50, in a league outing.

The Quakers now own a 4-12 record.
