Maine High School Basketball - Foxcroft Academy thwarts Central

The Foxcroft Academy Ponies (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) basketball knocked off the visiting Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME), 58-43 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Ponies (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME). The Wildcats go into the B North test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, Presque Isle notched a victory over Bucksport (Bucksport, ME), 48-31, in a league test.
The Red Devils now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Lee Academy for a non-league test on Monday, February 5. Central will encounter a Pandas squad coming off a 60-44 non-league loss to Calais (Calais, ME). The Pandas record now stands at 4-13.
