Shawnee Renegades (Medford, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Cherry Hill West Lions (Cherry Hill, NJ), 61-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Shawnee improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Renegades travel to Lenape (Medford, NJ) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 16-4. Lenape won 52-48 in their recent league challenge against Eastern (Voorhees, NJ)

Next up, the Lions confront the Washington Township Minutemen (Sewell, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Cherry Hill West will attempt to improve on its 13-5 season record. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 55-40 league win over Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ).
