The Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears basketball team (Clearbrook, MN), dropped 89-69 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Red Lake County Central Mustangs (Oklee, MN)
The Mustangs now possess a 18-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warren-Alvarado-Oslo for a non-league battle on Friday, February 2. Red Lake County Central will battle a Ponies team coming off a 89-77 non-league win over Roseau (Roseau, MN). The Ponies record now stands at 8-14.
The Bears (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN). The Patriots come into the A Section 8 battle with a 14-8 record. In their last battle, Win-E-Mac beat Kelliher/Northome (Northome, MN), 87-42, in a league battle.
