Savanna Bulldogs (Savanna, OK) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Coalgate Wildcats (Coalgate, OK), 54-17 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Savanna upgrades its record to 10-11 on the season. The Bulldogs host Wilburton (Wilburton, OK) to play the Diggers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Diggers go into the bout with a record of 6-13. Wilburton lost 51-41 in their recent league bout against Talihina (Talihina, OK)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Davis Wolves (Davis, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Coalgate will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 57-47 non-league win over Lexington (Lexington, OK).
