The Colonel Richardson Colonels basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Kent Island Buccaneers to 61 in the Colonels league triumph on Thursday.

The Colonels now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kent County for a Bayside - North contest on Tuesday, February 6. Colonel Richardson will battle a Trojans team coming off a 56-46 league loss to St. Michaels (St. Michaels, MD). The Trojans record now stands at 5-10.

The Buccaneers (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Decatur (Berlin, MD). The Seahawks enter the non-league contest with a 16-1 record.
