The Emmett Huskies basketball team (Emmett, ID), was overwhelmed 65-41 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Columbia Wildcats (Nampa, ID)
The Wildcats now possess a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caldwell for a 4A Southern Idaho battle on Thursday, February 8. Columbia will confront a Cougars team coming off a 56-49 non-league loss to Burley (Burley, ID). The Cougars record now stands at 3-16.
The Huskies (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Vallivue (Caldwell, ID). The Falcons come into the 4A Southern Idaho battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Vallivue was overwhelmed by Ridgevue (Nampa, ID), 62-50, in a league battle.
