Indiana High School Basketball - Wapahani over Cowan

February 1, 2024: Muncie, IN 47302

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Wapahani Raiders (Selma, IN) and the host Cowan Blackhawks (Muncie, IN), saw Wapahani's basketball squad overcome Cowan by a tally of 81-72.

With the victory, Wapahani improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Raiders host Union (Modoc, IN) to encounter the Rockets in a Mid-Eastern test on Saturday, February 3. The Rockets go into the test with a record of 2-13. Union lost 66-20 in their recent league test against Monroe Central (Parker City, IN)

The Blackhawks now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Hancock for a Mid-Eastern test on Saturday, February 3. Cowan will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 48-28 non-league loss to Triton Central (Fairland, IN). The Royals record now stands at 7-8.
