Virginia High School Basketball - Denbigh Baptist Christian can't hold off Williamsburg Christian Academy

The Williamsburg Christian Academy Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Denbigh Baptist Christian Minutemen to 50 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Isle of Wight Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Williamsburg Christian Academy will battle a Chargers team coming off a 69-60 non-league win over Portsmouth Christian (Portsmouth, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 1-10.
The Minutemen (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against Greenbrier Christian Academy (Chesapeake, VA). The Gators enter the Tidewater Independent contest with a 10-5 record.
