The Gloucester Catholic Rams held off the visiting Pitman Panthers basketball team by a score of 56-51 in Thursday's league battle.

The Rams now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodstown for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 3. Gloucester Catholic will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 81-51 league win over Pennsville Memorial (Pennsville, NJ). The Wolverines record now stands at 9-6.

The Panthers (13-5) will now prepare for their battle against Clayton (Clayton, NJ). The Clippers come into the Tri-County - Classic battle with a 3-15 record. In their last battle, Clayton was nudged by Salem County Vo-Tech (Woodstown, NJ), 87-76, in a league battle.
