The Haddon Heights Garnets (Haddon Heights, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Haddon Township Hawks (Westmont, NJ), 58-48 in Thursday's league test.

The Garnets (10-8) will now prepare for their test against Pemberton (Pemberton, NJ). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 9-12 record. In their last test, Pemberton was topped by KIPP Cooper Norcross (Camden, NJ), 64-43, in a non-league outing.

The Hawks now own a 5-16 record. They play next when they travel to Woodbury for a Colonial - Patriot outing on Saturday, February 3. Haddon Township will clash with a Thundering Herd squad coming off a 51-47 league win over Audubon (Audubon, NJ). The Thundering Herd record now stands at 11-9.
