The Lamoni Demons basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Moulton-Udell Eagles to 44 in the Demons league victory on Thursday.

The Demons now sport a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lenox for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Lamoni will battle a Tigers team coming off a 46-43 league win over Southwest Valley (Corning, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-9.

The Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Murray (Murray, IA). The Mustangs come into the Bluegrass contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Murray was defeated by Moravia (Moravia, IA), 58-38, in a league contest.
