Lincoln Park Railsplitters (Lincoln Park, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Roosevelt Bears (Wyandotte, MI), 46-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Lincoln Park upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Railsplitters host Allen Park (Allen Park, MI) to play the Jaguars in a Downriver bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 6-9. Allen Park lost 57-30 in their recent league bout against Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI)

Next up, the Bears play the Anderson Titans (Southgate, MI) in a Downriver bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 61-41 league loss to Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI).
