Smidt Tech Grey Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Los Angeles Leadership Academy Lions (Los Angeles, CA), 28-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Smidt Tech upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season.

Next up, the Lions play the Collins Family Jaguars (Huntington Park, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Los Angeles Leadership Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 11-9 record after their 62-55 league loss to East College Prep (Los Angeles, CA).
