The Mesa Jackrabbits basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Westwood Warriors to 19 in the Jackrabbits league triumph on Thursday.

The Jackrabbits now sport a 20-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Skyline for a 6A East Valley contest on Friday, February 2. Mesa will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 55-54 league loss to Dobson (Mesa, AZ). The Coyotes record now stands at 6-16.

The Warriors (5-19) will now prepare for their contest against Dobson (Mesa, AZ). The Mustangs enter the 6A East Valley contest with a 11-11 record. In their last contest, Dobson triumphed over Skyline (Mesa, AZ), 55-54, in a league contest.
