Rhode Island High School Basketball - St. Raphael Academy thwarts Pilgrim

The St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI) basketball knocked off the visiting Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI), 53-39 in Thursday's league test.
The Saints (15-2) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Lions go into the Division 2 test with a 16-0 record. In their last test, Lincoln notched a victory over Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI), 82-61, in a league test.
The Patriots now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Tolman for a Division 2 test on Monday, February 5. Pilgrim will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 65-34 league win over Burrillville (Harrisville, RI). The Tigers record now stands at 14-4.
