Tennessee High School Basketball - Ridgeway fells Power Center Academy

February 1, 2024: Memphis, TN 38119

Ridgeway Roadrunners (Memphis, TN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Power Center Academy Knights (Memphis, TN), 72-61 in a league bout.

With the win, Ridgeway upgrades its record to 16-5 on the season. The Roadrunners host Melrose (Memphis, TN) to clash with the Golden Wildcats in a 3A District 16 bout on Friday, February 2. The Golden Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 18-6. Melrose won 54-43 in their recent league bout against Power Center Academy (Memphis, TN)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Ridgeway Roadrunners (Memphis, TN) in a 3A District 16 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Power Center Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a 17-5 record after their 79-65 league win over Melrose (Memphis, TN).
