Rancho Mirage Rattlers (Rancho Mirage, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Shadow Hills Knights (Indio, CA), 56-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Rancho Mirage upgrades its record to 20-8 on the season.

Next up, the Knights clash with the Indio Rajahs (Indio, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Shadow Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 9-18 season record. The Rajahs go into the bout with a 20-5 record after their 88-48 league win over Twentynine Palms (Twentynine Palms, CA).
