Colorado High School Basketball - Weld Central overwhelmed by Berthoud

The Berthoud Spartans basketball team scored 80 points and restricted the host Weld Central Rebels to 21 in the Spartans league victory on Thursday.
The Spartans now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a contest on Saturday, February 3. Berthoud will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 40-38 league win over Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-7.
The Rebels (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling (Sterling, CO). The Tigers come into the contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Sterling was routed by Eaton (Eaton, CO), 44-24, in a league contest.
