The Newcomb Skyhawks basketball team (Newcomb, NM), was toppled 60-51 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Navajo Prep Eagles (Farmington, NM)
The Eagles now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tohatchi for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 6. Navajo Prep will confront a Cougars team coming off a 52-34 non-league win over Zuni (Zuni, NM). The Cougars record now stands at 4-0.
