Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Arts Jaguars (Newark, NJ) and the visiting Science Park Chargers (Newark, NJ), saw Arts's basketball squad overcome Science Park by a tally of 47-38.

With the victory, Arts improves its record to 9-9 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Bard Early College (Newark, NJ) to confront the Raptors in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 2. The Raptors come into the challenge with a record of 8-6.

Next up, the Chargers confront the West Side Roughriders (Newark, NJ) in a Super Essex - Freedom challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Science Park will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record.
